LibDems Say Passive Campaign to Blame for Low Turnout

Kranj/Ljubljana, 7 June - MEP Jelko Kacin, who tops the slate of the coalition Liberal Democrats (LDS) for the elections to the European Parliament, commented on the low turnout as he cast his vote in Kranj on Sunday by saying that one of the reasons was a passive campaigns.
