MPs Urge Ministry to Improve Protection of Weapons

Ljubljana, 11 June - Deputies urged Defence Minister Ljubica Jelusic on Thursday to maximise security of weapons after an alleged robbery at an arms depot, in which 20 mortars were reportedly stolen. An opposition deputy meanwhile asked Interior Minister Katarina Kresal whether she had notified other EU states of the matter ahead of the G8 summit in Italy.
