President Urges Changes to Relieve Top Court

Ljubljana, 12 June - Slovenian President Danilo Tuerk visited the Constitutional Court on Friday, establishing that it was overloaded with cases that needed not fall within its jurisdiction. "The situation is dramatic," Tuerk said after talks with constitutional judges, calling for prompt constitutional changes to relieve the court.
