Jansa Insists Slovenia Needs Constitutional Changes
Ljubljana, 15 June - Opposition leader Janez Jansa stressed on Monday that Slovenia must upgrade its Constitution in a round table debate on constitutional changes. The changes are needed because the world, as well as Slovenia, has changed. He believes that Slovenia must also improve its foundations in place in the last 20 years if it is to end its social stagnation.
