Med Games: Kranjc Takes Bronze in Javelin
Pescara, 30 June - Slovenian Matija Kranjc bagged the bronze medal in the javelin at the 2009 Mediterranean Games in Italy's Pescara on Tuesday, with a throw of 77.82 metres. Gold went to Fatih Avan of Turkey (79.78 m) and silver to Greece's Spyros Lempesis (78.66 m).
