Health Minister to Sue Information Commissioner for Defamation
Ljubljana, 2 July - Health Care Directorate boss Janez Remskar confirmed on Thursday that a complaint had been filed against Health Minister Borut Miklavcic in relation to the alleged fraud at the Slovenian Physiotherapists Chamber. Remskar added Miklavcic is to file a civil lawsuit against Information Commissioner Natasa Pirc Musar for defamation.
