Notaries Begun to Operate on 1 June

From 1 June, Slovenia will have notaries, who will carry out a public service as a freelance occupation. A notary is a person of public trust who takes care of legal security and reliability of legal dealings, who is independent of the country which appoints him but cannot replace or dismiss him if his operations are lawful.
