Zavarovalnica Maribor not to Distribute Profit

Maribor, 11 August - Shareholders of Slovenia's third-largest insurer, Zavarovalnica Maribor, decided at an AGM on Tuesday, at which 98.5% of capital was represented, not to distribute last year's profit of EUR 5.2m.
