Delo Critical of Situation in Afghanistan

Ljubljana, 20 August - Commenting on the presidential and provincial elections in Afghanistan, daily Delo says on Thursday that the Afghan people who will want to cast their votes today will be risking their lives for nothing, as the election will bring no change to the country savaged by war.
