Ljubljana, 24 August - Commenting on its economic outlook survey, daily Delo says ion Monday's that public opinion is a reflection of a situation, and is sometimes a true picture, and sometimes not, depending on the events and on those who interpret such events. And those are primarily politics and the media, Delo adds.
