Supreme Court Criticises Changes to Courts Act

Ljubljana, 25 August - After concluding a review of amendments to the courts act, which are in the phase of the government debate, the Supreme Court said on Tuesday that the changes introduced new competences and ways of functioning of courts, while failing to provide instruments for their implementation.
