Austrian FM Says Slovenia Not Successor to Austrian State Treaty

Klagenfurt, 31 August - Austrian Foreign Minister Michael Spindelegger told Monday's edition of Austrian daily Die Presse that Slovenia was not a successor to the Austrian State Treaty, but added that the treaty still bound Austria to protect the rights of the Slovenian minority.
