Opposition Party Back Govt Efforts against Gas Terminals

Ljubljana, 14 September - The biggest opposition party on Monday supported the government's rejection of Italy's plans for a gas terminal just off the border with Slovenia. The government was right to reject the plan, as "numerous environmental and security issues are still unsolved", the Democrats' (SDS) committee on environment and spatial planning said.
