Slovenians among Most Car-Loving People in EU

Ljubljana, 16 September - Slovenians are among the most car-loving nations in the EU. Passengers made some 85% of the kilometres they travelled in 2007 by car, 3% above the EU average and just 1% under the EU's most car-driven nation, the Britons, according to the data released by the Statistics Office at the beginning of the European Mobility Week.
