Tax and Welfare Share in GDP Drops Under 38% in 2008
Ljubljana, 21 September - The share of taxes and welfare contributions in Slovenia's GDP last year stood at 37.7%, which is 0.7 percentage points less than in 2006, when the share started to fall for the first time since 2003, according to the Statistics Office.
