Consumer Confidence Picks up in September

Ljubljana, 22 September - After dropping for two successive months, the consumer confidence index picked up again in September exceeding the August figure by eight percentage points. This is largely due to more optimistic expectations of consumers regarding the situation in the economy for the next 12 months, the Statistics Office said on Tuesday.
