Central Banker: Slovenian Banks Quite Healthy

Ljubljana, 23 September - The Slovenian banking system remains quite healthy, but the credit portfolio is deteriorating because of the recession, the Slovenian central bank governor has told an interview with STA. Marko Kranjec also said that the state of the global economy would have been much worse now if it were not for the fiscal and monetary response.
