Source: Competition Office Disapproves Delo Acquisition of Vecer

Ljubljana, 23 September - The Competition Protection Office (CPO) sent on Wednesday a decision to Ljubljana-based publisher Delo and Maribor's Vecer not approving the November acquisition of over a 60% stake in Vecer, after which Delo became a 80% owner of the Maribor-based publisher, STA has learned from unofficial sources.
