Wages Up By 2% in 2008

Ljubljana, 26 September - Average wages in Slovenia increased by some 8% in 2008 over the year before. The average gross wage stood at EUR 1,390, while net wage was little less than EUR 900, data from the Statistics Office show. In real terms, the average net wages increased by 2%.
