Chancellor Candidate Says State Funding of R&D Nontransparent

Ljubljana, 25 September - One of the candidates for the new chancellor of the Ljubljana University, Rudi Rizman, expressed doubts on Friday regarding the transparency of funds distribution to research facilities through the Centres of Excellence project. Rizman stressed that although Slovenia's biggest university applied with ten projects, only two were chosen.
