7 Percent Lower Death Toll of Slovene Roads

In the first five months of this year, Slovene roads demanded 169 victims in around 14,000 road accidents, which is by 7 percent less that in the same period of 1994. There were also 850 people badly injured (9 percent less than in 1994), and 1845 lightly injured (4 percent less than in 1994), told Head of Traffic Security Office Bojan Matevžič to a news conference on Thursday.
