Jelusic: Mediterranean Needs Baltic-Like Maritime Surveillance

Gothenburg, 28 September - The EU should create a Baltic-like maritime surveillance mechanism for the Mediterranean incorporating different bodies in the field, including the police, the military and the coast guard, Defence Minister Ljubica Jelusic said at a two-day informal meeting of EU defence ministers on Monday.
