Prices of Second-Hand Flats Down 7% in H1

Ljubljana, 2 October - Prices of second-hand apartments dropped by 7% in the first half of 2009 compared to the same period last year, while prices of new apartments dropped by 13%, the Surveying and Mapping Authority said in a report on Friday.
