Golobic: Govt Turning to Development-Oriented Measures

Ljubljana, 6 October - Times of short-term crisis measures are over and it is time to turn to development-oriented measures, Higher Education, Science and Technology Minister Gregor Golobic has told STA. He also noted that banks were reluctant to take on risks, so the state guarantee scheme had not been as successful as expected in easing the credit crunch.
