Vzajemna Management Sets Date for Extraordinary Meeting

Ljubljana, 9 October - The management of Vzajemna called on Friday an extraordinary shareholders' meeting of the mutual insurer for 6 November. The meeting was demanded by the Association of Pensioners' Societies (ZDUS), which wants to replace the supervisory board, arguing it is allowing a partial privatisation of Slovenia's biggest mutual insurer.
