Prices of Shares Continue to Fall

The prices of shares quoted on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange continued to fall last week as the week before. The SBI index drifted lower virtually every day last week. Monday and Tuesday the SBI index was down by less than 0.5 percent but was down by more than one percent Wednesday and Thursday and was up by 0.77 percent Friday. Last week the SBI index was thus down by 32.2 points (2.8 percent) and ended with the value of 1099.22 points.
