Bohinc: International Centre ICPE Is in Crisis

Slovene Minister of Science and Technology Rado Bohinc, who is also President of the International Centre for Public Enterprises Council, said at the conclusion of the 32nd (emergency) session of the ICPE council on Monday that the meeting also dealt with a necessary reconstruction of this institution because of a faltering interest for the cooperation within the ICPE.
