President Kučan on 4th Anniversary of Independence of Slovenia

Ljubljana, 20 June - SLOVENIA/ANNIVERSARY/INDEPENDENCE
President of Slovenia Milan Kučan gave a news conference for the 4th anniversary on independence of Slovenia to approximately a hundred of Slovene and foreign journalists in Ljubljana Tuesday. He spoke about the significance of this historic event and the achievements of economic and political development of Slovenia. He stressed that Slovenia is a recognizable and respected country today, and that facts prove its success.
