Triglav Bidding for Another 40% Share in Montenegrin Insurer

Ljubljana/Podgorica, 28 October - Slovenia's top insurance company Zavarovalnica Triglav is a sole bidder for the 41.14% share in Lovcen osiguranje, a Montenegrin insurer which is already in 50.68% ownership of the Triglav group. According to the Serbian press agency Beta, Triglav offered EUR 65 per share, which amounts to EUR 5.42m.
