Prices of New Flats Drop to 2007 Level in Q3

Ljubljana, 28 October - Prices of newly constructed apartments dropped in the third quarter of 2009 by 3.7% compared to the previous quarter, and were down for the fourth consecutive quarter. Year-on-year, the prices of new flats were down 17.5% and were almost level to the prices from 2007, the Statistics Office said on Wednesday.
