Strasbourg Court Fines Slovenia in Visitation Rights Case

Strasbourg, 1 December - The European Court of Human Rights has ruled that Slovenia has to pay compensation to a citizen who sued the state over the non-enforcement of an administrative order granting him the right to visit his daughter.
