New Russian Ambassador Zavgayev Takes Office Today

Ljubljana, 4 December - The new Russian Ambassador to Slovenia Doku Zavgayev will hand over his credentials to President Danilo Tuerk on Friday and formally assume his post even though he has come under fire in Slovenia over his human rights record as the first pro-Russian leader of Chechnya.
