Gaspari: Optimism About Copenhagen Still Present
Brussels, 7 December - Development and EU Affairs Minister Mitja Gaspari said on the sidelines of a meeting of the EU General Affairs Council in Brussels on Monday that at the outset of the climate change conference in Copenhagen "there is still reasonable optimism that it will bring the desired results".
