Chancellor Says Ljubljana University Hurt by Private Institutes

Ljubljana, 8 December - The new chancellor of the Ljubljana University, Stane Pejovnik, believes that the university is not funded appropriately and that it is paying the price of the development of private higher education system. He has also told STA in an interview that the Higher Education Council is not independent as it is politically appointed.
