Ombudsman Stresses Crisis as Threat to Human Rights
Ljubljana, 10 December - In her message on Human Rights Day, Ombudsman Zdenka Cebasek Travnik focused on the impact the economic crisis could have on people's fundamental rights. Cebasek Travnik, who expects an increase in violations of social and economic rights, stressed that the crisis could not be an excuse for cutting people's rights in any area.
