Deputies Debate Changes to Foreign Affairs Act

Ljubljana, 15 December - The National Assembly will discuss on Tuesday changes to the foreign affairs act which promote the appointment of career diplomats, but allow for up to 10% of all ambassadors to be non-career appointees. The changes were drawn up in response to repeating disputes over ambassadorial appointments.
