Constitutional Court Throws Out Private Doctors' Petition
Ljubljana, 15 December - The Constitutional Court has thrown out a request by private practice doctors and dentists to suspend the implementation of an annex to the 2009 agreement with the Health Insurance Institute (ZZZS) under which they are to return part of the funds that they have received for their practices.
