First Stockholders Assembly of Kolinska Company: 8 Percent Return on Equity in 1994

Stockholders of Kolinska Holding, a Ljubljana-based foodstuffs producer, held their first assembly Friday. The assembly adopted a decision on distribution of profits from 1993 and 1994, amounting to SIT 970 million. Stockholders will receive SIT 294 million in dividends.
