MPs Amend General Offences Act

Ljubljana, 15 December - The National Assembly amended on Tuesday with 44 votes in favour and 23 against the general offences act. Under the amendments, the police will be able to detain offenders when there is suspicion that the person could destroy evidence, while higher courts will be able to return the cases back to court of first instance.
