Ex Justice Says Super Majority Needed for Border Deal
Ljubljana, 17 December - Former Constitutional Court Justice Janez Cebulj has told a weekly that the Slovenian-Croatian border arbitration agreement should be ratified with a two-thirds majority in parliament. Cebulj added that the government's wish to hold a consultative referendum on the agreement was misguided.
