Govt Proposing Minimum Pay of EUR 510

Ljubljana, 18 December - The government proposes raising the minimum wage from EUR 431 to EUR 510 net as of 2010, followed by a gradual increase to EUR 562, according to the draft bill it presented to social partners at the Economic and Social Council on Friday. The unions and employers are unhappy with the proposal, the talks will resume next week.
