Slovenian Constitution Turning 18

Ljubljana, 23 December - Slovenia will observe Constitution Day on Wednesday, marking 18 years since the Slovenian Constitution was passed and declared. The document's coming of age is accompanied by reform plans concerning the Constitutional Court. Its president Joze Tratnik sees them as the right move towards the Anglo-Saxon precedent-based system.
