Several Dozen Trying to Prevent Roma Funeral

Šentjernej, 2 January - Over a hundred people gathered in the village of Dobruska vas near Novo mesto (SE) Saturday afternoon trying to prevent a funeral of a Roma woman, Bojan Tudja, vice president of Roma Association told STA. The funeral was carried out at the local cemetery after all, although an hour later than planned, following a talk at a police station.
