Ljubljana, 13 January - Under the Slovenian Constitution neither a referendum nor a two-thirds majority in the National Assembly is required to ratify the border arbitration agreement with Croatia, legal experts Andraz Tersek and Andrej Kristan wrote in an op-ed of daily Delo on Wednesday.
