Sečovlje-Plovanija Border Crossing

The Plovanija border crossing (Slovene-Croatian border), opposite the Slovene border crossing point Sečovlje, looks like the building site of the Tower of Babel. The only difference between the two is that the former will be finished despite the divine anger of the Slovene authorities, writes Marjan Bauer Friday in the daily Slovenske novice.
