Cross-Country Skiing: Fabjan Takes First World Cup Win
Ribinsk, 22 January - Slovenian cross-country skier Vesna Fabjan won Friday's World Cup sprint event in Russia's Rybinsk, narrowly outrunning Italy's Magda Genuin and World Cup leader Justina Kowalczyk of Poland. This is Fabjan's first win in the women's cross-country skiing World Cup.
