Panel: Provinces Necessary for Balanced Development
Ljubljana, 26 January - The president of the National Council, Blaz Kavcic, told a panel at the upper chamber of parliament on Tuesday that the establishment of provinces in Slovenia was necessary for further decentralisation of the country and deconcentration of decision-making, primarily to achieve a more balanced development.
