Court Curtails Expanded Powers of Parliamentary Anti-Graft Body

Ljubljana, 1 February - The Constitutional Court has sided with the independent Corruption Prevention Commission, which has claimed that the parliamentary anti-corruption commission had overstretched its reach by requiring detailed monthly reports from the country's main anti-graft body.
