Banks to Open Bids for Stake in Mercator

Ljubljana, 9 February - A group of banks which together own a 36% stake in retailer Mercator after confiscating it from the failed Infond and Istranenz holdings, is to open on Tuesday the non-binding offers for the shares that came in before the deadline determined in the call for bis. The sale is expected to be wrapped up before the end of June.
