Prices of New Apartments Rise in Q4 2009

Ljubljana, 10 February - The Slovenian housing market seems to be picking up after a year-long slump, as prices of new apartments rose 0.2% in the fourth quarter of 2009, the first rise after five quarters. The number of transactions increased to 395, the highest level since the first quarter of 2008, the Statistics Office said Wednesday.
